What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer queries and orders via phone and email
Scheduling planned maintenance and small works with engineers and clients
Ensuring callouts meet client KPIs and internal SLAs
Investigating and resolving customer issues, updating the CRM system
Processing sales orders and accurate invoicing
Maintaining up-to-date customer and supplier records
Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Supporting the finance team with relevant documentationWhat We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in Customer Service or Scheduling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database systems
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Experience coordinating engineers and managing schedules is a plus
