We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative!
Key responsibilities would include the following:
* Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
* Make outbound customer calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
* Monitor and achieve KPIs related to customer service performance.
* Use internal systems including Sharp to manage customer information and service records.
* Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel with a high level of accuracy.
* Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
* Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.
You will need a keen eye for detail, as well as a problem-solving head to ensure all issues/queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Full training is provided.
This is a temporary role, with the potential to extend.
Shift Details:
Monday to Friday
06:00-15:00 – 1-hour unpaid break
PAYE - £12.71ph - Weekly or Monthly
