£70,000 - £80,000 + bonus
AI Connect are partnering with a house hold name brand looking to hire a commercially focused Effectiveness Manager to optimise marketing performance and spend.
This role sits internally, working closely with the Marketing Analytics leadership, taking outputs from external models and turning them into clear, actionable decisions.
It’s less about building models, more about making them useful.
You’ll be:
* Interpreting model outputs and translating into action
* Adjusting spend and channel mix based on performance
* Designing and running tests to improve ROI
* Monitoring performance closely and reacting quickly
* Working with stakeholders to guide decision-making
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in marketing / performance analytics
* Is comfortable working with data and model outputs
* Thinks commercially, not just analytically
* Can turn insight into decisions and impact
* Is hands-on and happy owning optimisation
