Responsibilities include welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel, walking corridors at regular intervals, dealing with noise complaints and evictions, setting up the hotel for the next day by preparing housekeeping trolleys, prepping for breakfast service, and occasionally serving behind the bar. Additional duties may involve housekeeping coordination and participation in reward and recognition activities.
