The team supports young people aged 10-18 over a 7-day rota, providing support during critical times.
Key activities include:
* Working with young people to reduce exploitation risks through 1:1 sessions.
* Supporting families to recognize and mitigate risks.
* Collaborating with agencies to strengthen family networks for sustainable change.
* Capturing children and young people's voices to inform service delivery.
Person Specification:
* Must have access to own vehicle.
* Must work part of a weekend rota.
* Ability to manage workload, prioritize, and multitask.
* Good communication skills and partnership-building ability.
* Passionate, flexible, and committed to high-quality service.
* Knowledge and confidence in safeguarding concerns.
