Job Description
Are you an experienced Line Leader with a background in food manufacturing? We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Line Leader to join a busy food production site based in Bellshill.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team on the production line, ensuring daily targets are met
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality at all times
* Monitor line performance and troubleshoot any issues efficiently
* Ensure all team members adhere to health & safety and company procedures
* Support training and development of new and existing team members
* Report on production data and complete necessary documentation
Requirements:
* Proven experience working within a food production environment
* Previous experience in a team leader or line leader role
* Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
