We're now looking for an experienced Resource Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting and varied role, requiring involvement in productions from brief to broadcast.
You will have experience of working in a busy agency environment with hybrid working.
We are looking for someone who has been in a resource management position at an agency or similar production company, and now wants to take the next step in their career, expanding and developing their skills across the entire production process.

JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will be managing internal and external resource to help produce award-winning TV campaigns and short form video content from creative brief right through to delivery and will need to be experienced in all aspects of the creative and production process.
You are a highly organised individual, driven by detail and calm under pressure as you ensure the work flows through the agency from creative, pre-production and post-production. You will work closely with the Heads of Department to ensure workload is managed and we continue to deliver high quality productions with our internal and external talented teams.
The Candidate:
· At least five years’ experience in resource management within a creative production environment
· Good understanding of the TV and Video production workflow
· Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple clients at once
· A problem solver who is proactive, driven, and ultra-organised ensuring milestones are met without cutting corners
· Calm under pressure with strong people management and interpersonal skills
· A high level of attention-to-detail
· Experience with a variety of projects
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsibility for allocating appropriate resource and teams for all projects within the agency working closely with the Production and Creative teams
· Co-ordinating with all departments to ensure smooth project workflows.
· Providing regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
· Sourcing & booking freelancers with relevant skillsets when required.
· Providing assistance, mentoring and support to the wider team.
