Head of PMO Outside IR35 Day rate - Competitive Location - UK Remote - Ad-hoc travel required.
Robert Walters has partnered with a leading organisation in their search for a Head of PMO. We are seeking an experienced professional who has successfully established and led a PMO function, implementing best‑in‑class project governance frameworks and tools to support a major transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the end‑to‑end tracking of planned cost‑down impacts for each project.
* Produce consolidated project reporting for leadership review, providing detailed analysis at both summary and project levels.
* Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies across concurrent projects, identifying resource conflicts and sequencing risks.
* Partner with business leaders to drive adoption of business initiatives.
* Track milestones and risks across the entire portfolio.
Skills & Experience:
* Professional Project Management qualification in one of the following (or equivalent): PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and hold individuals accountable.
* Commercially intelligent, with the ability to connect project outputs to financial impact effectively.
