About the Role:
* 1:1 classroom support
* Supporting with communication, emotional regulation, and focus in class
* Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals
* Creating a calm and structured environment to help the pupil thrive
* Full-time role (Monday to Friday, school hours)
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience working with children with Autism (ASD), ideally in a primary school setting
* A calm, consistent, and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build trust and positive relationships with children and staff
* Knowledge of visual timetables, sensory strategies, and EHCP targets is a plus
