Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education or mental health? We’re seeking a passionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs in a welcoming school in Bracknell.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students with SEN and SEMH needs in class and small groups
2. Work with teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
3. Help children build confidence, focus, and emotional regulation skills
4. Observe behaviour and learning progress to support student development
Requirements:
5. Degree in Psychology or related field
6. Excellent communication and empathy skills
7. A passion for supporting young people
8. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
