CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER / SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER - HOUSE BUILDING SECTOR
There are 2 roles - 1x Civil Design Engineer and 1x Senior Design Engineer
The purpose of each role is to provide engineering design and technical support for the region.
You'll be responsible for preparing site civil designs from viability to final consents, assisting in managing external Engineering consultants and service providers to deliver new sites for the region within both tight time and financial constraints.
Participate in the site evaluation process and provide viable solutions to Engineering problems so the project remains within budget and the construction team can maintain the programme
Assist in running projects from initial site identification or from Planning Approval Stage, you will procure the Engineering package & consents via both inhouse design and consultant co-ordination.
Minimum HND Civil Engineering
Experience in the residential / house building sector (2 years for Engineer, 5 years for Senior Engineer)
