Teaching Assistant – Specialist Provision – Wirral A specialist provision in the Wirral area is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This setting supports students who have previously faced challenges in mainstream education, with the aim of re-engaging them and preparing them for a successful return to mainstream schooling. The school places strong emphasis on building trust-based relationships with students, creating a safe and nurturing environment where barriers to learning can be broken down. Many of the pupils have experienced social or behavioural difficulties, and the staff work collaboratively to foster a space where students feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. They will have a genuine passion for supporting children and helping shape their futures. While experience with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) is desirable, it is not essential.
