Our client, a leading automotive service centre and tyre retailer with multiple locations nationwide, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy team in Banbury.

* Guaranteed 42.5-hour week over five days
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, and alternate Saturdays, 8:00am-4:00pm (with a weekday off when working a Saturday)
Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
* Conduct accurate tyre repairs and fitting across all vehicle makes and models
* Perform routine maintenance, including servicing and inspections
* Carry out repairs such as brake, exhaust, suspension, and wheel alignment on cars and vans/LCVs
* Remove and refit components, ensuring proper adjustments and documentation
* Work with high standards of quality workmanship
* Assist at the front reception with customer enquiries when required
* Maintain detailed records in line with company policies as a Vehicle Technician
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, gained through employment or apprenticeship
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months with minimal points
* Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Banbury
* Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
* Ability to produce high-quality work within designated timeframes
* Demonstrated competence in tyre fitting, routine servicing, and minor repairs
