Static HVAC Engineer – Guildford (Critical Setting)
Are you a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role with a competitive salary and excellent benefits?
We are seeking a highly competent and reliable Static HVAC Engineer to join our team in Guildford. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of HVAC systems within a critical setting, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.
What You'll Do:
* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of HVAC systems, including:
Chillers, air handling units, VRF systems, and other HVAC equipment
Ensure optimal operation and efficiency of systems
* Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC problems
* Carry out repairs and installations of HVAC components and systems
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Participate in a rotating on–call schedule (1 in 4)
What You'll Need:
* A proven track record as an HVAC Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience
* A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
* Excellent communication and problem–solving skills
* F–Gas certification
* Experience working in a critical environment (hospital, data centre, etc.) is highly desirable
