My client is a nationally recognised leader in delivering energy efficiency and renewable solutions. With over 40 years of experience and a product offering that spans insulation, solar, flooring, and heating solutions, they're helping customers reduce energy costs, improve building performance, and cut carbon emissions. Sustainability is at the core of the business, with over 80% of materials sourced from recycled or renewable content. This is a company where purpose, innovation, and integrity come together to create a truly future-focused organisation.

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling across funding and product divisions, and ensuring a seamless, solutions-led experience. You'll collaborate with internal teams across material sales and energy services, aligning client needs with tailored proposals. This is a pivotal, cross-functional role with direct impact on revenue, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

You'll be experienced in account management, sales or a similar commercial role, ideally within the insulation, renewables, or construction sectors. You're confident, proactive, and able to manage multiple client needs with precision and care. Relationship-building comes naturally to you, and you're a great communicator who thrives on delivering value to clients. You'll be based at the Wokingham HQ Monday to Friday, and ideally hold a full UK driving licence.
