Location: Canterbury, Kent
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum DOE
Contract: Full-time

The Role
As an HR Advisor, you will:
* Provide clear, pragmatic HR advice across recruitment, employee relations, and absence management
* Lead Safer Recruitment compliance, ensuring robust processes and audit readiness
* Support managers with sensitive casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability
* Maintain accurate HR systems and workforce data
* Contribute to HR reporting and organisational change projects
* Assist with policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (essential)
* Strong HR advisory experience and knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident handling of sensitive issues with discretion
* Experience in Safer Recruitment or willingness to develop expertise
* Background in charity, education, or the public sector is advantageous
