Starting Salary: £25,000


Application Requirements:

* Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree
* Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
* Ability to work on site 5 days a week

What you could do as a Graduate Consultant

You may be placed into roles such as:

Business Analyst (Digital / Cyber / Transformation)

Investigate and analyse business needs, define requirements, identify improvement opportunities and ensure solutions align with business objectives across people, processes and technology.

Project Manager / PMO Analyst

Support planning, governance, RAID management, delivery tracking and stakeholder communication to ensure projects run smoothly and achieve outcomes.

Product / Change Analyst

Help shape product vision, roadmaps and feature prioritisation while translating customer and business needs into actionable outcomes.

Data Analyst

Turn data into insight through analysis, dashboards and visualisations. Communicate findings clearly to influence decisions.

Data Engineer

Design and maintain data pipelines, integrate data sources and support cloud-based data solutions that enable scalable insight.

Information Security / Cyber Analyst

Support security controls, threat monitoring, response and best practice governance to keep organisations secure.

DevOps / Technology Analyst

Improve deployment processes and support automated, reliable delivery through modern digital tools and ways of working.

Progression

Start as an Analyst with the potential for significant salary progression. Complete a minimum of six industry‑recognized accreditations during the programme.


What makes a great Grayce Analyst?

2:1 Undergraduate Degree

A 2:1 in any discipline.

Analytical Problem Solving

A high ability to spot patterns, think critically and break down complex issues — whether in data, processes or systems.

Data/Tech Exposure (helpful, not essential for every placement)

Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau or exposure to cloud/security tools (e.g., Azure, Splunk, Wireshark) is beneficial.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, organisation, stakeholder engagement and a learning mindset. You enjoy taking initiative and building relationships.
