BlueGamma is the platform finance teams use to get interest rate data without a terminal. We deliver live forward curves, swap pricing, and market data across 30+ currencies to clients like Knight Frank, Alter Domus, Kia, Morningstar, and EDF. Over $50bn of debt has used our forecasts. We're profitable, 5 years in, and growing fast.

We're a small team (4 people) and we're hiring our first Customer Support Manager. You'll be the person our customers talk to when they need help, and over time, the person who makes sure they're getting the most out of the platform. This role has a clear path to Customer Success Manager, typically within 12-18 months.


What a typical week looks like

* Answering live chat and emails from customers. "How do I download a forward curve?", "Can I get this data in Excel?", "Why does this rate look different to what I see elsewhere?"
* Helping new users get set up. Enabling features, walking them through the platform, sending API keys
* Triaging issues. Figuring out what you can solve yourself vs. what needs the technical team, and always closing the loop with the customer
* Keeping our help docs up to date based on what customers keep asking
* Helping build and maintain our internal AI-powered support tools
* Sometimes digging into the codebase (with help from AI) to find answers to tricky customer questions
* Over time, growing into customer success. Proactively checking in with accounts, spotting opportunities, helping customers get more value from the platform


Who you'll be speaking to

Our customers are finance professionals. Modellers at debt advisory firms, structured finance teams at asset managers, and developers at fintechs building pricing engines. They're smart, busy, and expect you to speak their language. Some days you'll be helping a CFO download a SONIA curve, other days you'll be walking a developer through an API endpoint.


The team

You’ll be joining a team of 4. Ahmed (CTO) handles product and engineering and will be your main point of escalation for technical and data questions. Ali (CEO) runs sales and partnerships. You’ll be the first dedicated support hire, which means you’ll have a lot of ownership from day one.


Tools you’ll use

* HubSpot (live chat, email, CRM)
* The BlueGamma platform itself (web app, Excel Add-in, API)
* AI tools. We use Claude and ChatGPT daily and expect you to as well
* Slack for internal comms


Hours

UK business hours. Most of our live chat and email volume falls between 8am-6pm GMT. We care about responsiveness. Customers expect fast replies on live chat, especially during market hours.


What success looks like

* After 1 month: you're handling the straightforward queries (account setup, how-to, pointing to docs) independently
* After 3 months: you're triaging everything that comes in and only escalating the genuinely complex stuff. You've started building playbooks for the team
* After 6 months: customers know you by name, you're running 1‑1 calls with key accounts
* After 12 months: you've transitioned into customer success — proactively managing relationships, spotting expansion opportunities, and owning key relationships


About you

* You've worked with interest rate data in a hands‑on capacity — building or validating yield curves, pricing derivatives, supporting trading desks, or working with market data vendors. You don't need to know SONIA or EURIBOR specifically, but terms like "forward curve", "swap rate", and "mark‑to‑market" shouldn't need explaining
* 3+ years of experience. Ideal backgrounds: trade support / middle office, client services at a data vendor, ops at a debt advisory or treasury consultancy, or analyst in a risk/treasury team
* Clear communicator — you'll be speaking with senior finance professionals daily and they expect you to speak their language
* Comfortable with Excel — many of our customers are power users building financial models
* We'll train you on the technical/API side. You just need to be willing to learn
* Bonus if you've used Bloomberg, Reuters, or Murex, and if you use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) day‑to‑day
* Fully remote, with the option to co‑work if you're in the same country as one of the team
* Small team, big ownership. No layers of management, your input shapes the product
* Clear growth path from support into customer success with salary progression to match
