Responding promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies, maintaining a calm, professional demeanour at all times. Providing exceptional customer service, offering guidance and support to attendees while maintaining a visible and reassuring presence. Collaborating closely with your team and event staff to ensure smooth, coordinated operations and a seamless experience for all guests. Requirements Valid SIA Licence – Essential for all applicants.
