You will lead and deliver a daily nurture-based intervention programme for a small group of children, working in close partnership with the class teacher to create a caring, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes both personal and academic growth. You will: have strong relationship building skills and techniques be passionate about helping children reach their potential despite challenges be able to communicate clearly with children and adults, verbally and in writing have experience of working with all ages of children in school be able to adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines be confident in supporting good behaviour and is confident in deploying a range of behaviour management strategies have a desire to participate in school and trust CPD opportunities have a full understanding of Safeguarding.
