Key Areas of Responsibility To provide service users with support and assistance as they accomplish activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, dressing and mobility. To ensure that service users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing. To ensure care plans and other information about how to support service users are followed. To be responsible for informing the Team Leader (Nursing) of any changes in the needs of service users. To support service users with Chronic or Acute conditions. About You Previous experience working within a care home is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Willingness to complete the care certificate within 12 weeks period. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic nature. Ability to follow care plans accurately and sensitively. Flexibility to work shifts as and when required. Please refer to the job description and person specification for further details.
