Client Relationship Manager (DB Pensions)
A leading UK pensions provider is looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Client Relationship Manager to support Defined Benefit (DB) schemes across employer and trustee clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate service delivery to clients, ensuring a high-quality experience
2. Build strong relationships with employers, trustees, and advisers
3. Lead strategic discussions on long-term scheme objectives
4. Deliver clear communications (reports, presentations, updates)
5. Coordinate client projects, including scheme development initiatives
6. Provide expertise on DB pensions, legislation, and industry trends
7. Support junior team members and collaborate across teams
8. Ensure governance, risk controls, and policy standards are met
Skills & experience:
9. Proven DB client relationship management experience
10. Strong knowledge of DB pensions, funding, and governance
11. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
12. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
13. Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
14. Able to work independently and as part of a team
