What you’ll do
Oracle NetSuite is reinventing the engagement model for our growing customer base. The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering provides a subscription service that qualifies as cloud Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), offering functional and technical ERP solution support to drive continuous improvement and value.
* Understand your assigned customers’ strategies, challenges, and goals.
* Consult with and advise customers on how to maximize value from their NetSuite solutions, acting as an extension of their team.
* Identify and implement functional improvements for your customers’ NetSuite solutions. Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, and Support teams to ensure delivery of priority initiatives.
* Deliver solutions within agreed budgets and timeframes, understanding expected business outcomes.
* Work with a range of customers, from new implementations to large, multi-national strategic accounts.
Skills and Qualifications needed:
* Relevant experience in application-centric functional or technical roles.
* Experience in vertical markets such as Warehouse Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Software, or Services.
* Experience with NetSuite or similar cloud-based ERP software.
* Proven creativity and ability to develop and present new ideas and solutions.
