Cluster Operations Manager – Central London (Hotels)

Salary: up to £55,000 + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours, 5 days out of 7)
We are working with an established hospitality group with a long-standing presence in Central London. Operating a portfolio of 3- and 4-star hotels, the business is undergoing continued investment and development, making this an exciting time to join.
They are now seeking a Cluster Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations across two hotels within the portfolio.
The Role
As Cluster Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for driving operational excellence across your sites. You will ensure consistently high standards of guest experience, oversee departmental performance, and support commercial success through effective cost control and leadership.
Working closely with Heads of Department, you will ensure seamless delivery across all functions and act as a key deputy to the General Manager when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring consistently high service standards
* Drive guest satisfaction and effectively resolve operational issues
* Collaborate with Heads of Department to ensure smooth, efficient operations
* Monitor performance against business objectives and implement improvements
* Maximise profitability through cost control and operational efficiency
* Conduct regular operational meetings and performance reviews
* Maintain high standards across cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
* Foster a positive team culture and strong employee engagement
* Act as deputy to the General Manager when required

* Proven experience in a senior operations role within the hotel sector
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
* Commercially minded with solid financial awareness
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Strong understanding of hotel operations and service standards
