The Opportunity
You will be responsible for leading and developing a small field-based team, while also maintaining close relationships with key clients across your region. This is a highly visible role, requiring a strong presence within the territory and a genuine commitment to driving performance and standards.
Working closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in shaping the success of the region, ensuring both commercial growth and a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a small team, driving performance and engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key salon partners
* Deliver commercial growth across the territory
* Ensure a consistent and high standard of service across all accounts
* Collaborate with education and internal teams to maximise opportunities
* Maintain a strong understanding of market activity and competitor landscape
About You
* A background within the professional hair industry is essential
* Experience in a field-based commercial role, with exposure to leadership or mentoring
* Strong relationship-building skills, with a consultative and professional approach
* Commercially aware, with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities
* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing a large geographical area
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
