A vacancy has arisen for a Flt Lt, WO, FS or Sgt (Air Ops (C) / NCC) to serve as Terminal/Area Radar Controller at 78 Sqn, RAF(U) Swanwick on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of being not before 05 October 2026. Provide safe and expeditious ATC services to aircraft. Undertake ATCO IC duties as required commensurate with rank. Provide leadership, management, discipline, and welfare support to personnel as required. Provide live instruction in the initial stages of training and live On the Job Training (OJT) in the operational environment. Conduct shift work to fulfil operational commitments, subject to discussion on application. Prepared to undertake additional non-controlling duties as required by the Sqn hierarchy.
