They are looking for a commercially driven and innovative leader from the Holiday Park Industry to carry out and develop their digital marketing strategy that is at the heart of the brand while maximising financial contribution. You will lead and inspire the marketing team and you will need to demonstrate a passion for multi-channel and omnichannel marketing, an understanding of the market and good people management skills acquired within a multi-site business. Short term accommodation can be provided to support with relocation for the right person. The role will involve Strategy; develop and execute the digital marketing strategy. CRM - enhance the customer journey, always looking for opportunities to optimise the conversion funnel Marketing automation, take ownership to make every digital interaction count.
