Trauma Informed Police & Multi-Agency Trainer Location: Hutton Police HQ, Preston, PR4 5TJ Contract: 3 month contract with likely extension Hours: 22 hours per week (3 days equivalent) Pay Rate: £16.90 PAYE per hour About the Role: To design, manage and deliver Trauma Informed training across policing and partner agencies, ensuring consistent understanding, quality delivery, and measurable coverage of the Trauma Informed Lancashire Programme during a defined 3-month period. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prioritise core training needs relating to Trauma Informed Policing and Trauma Informed Lancashire. Design and deliver high-quality training using appropriate methods for diverse professional audiences. Develop, deliver and maintain: Lesson plans Learning outcomes Course materials and resources Provide expert guidance to staff and partners on learning needs and development pathways. Contribute to and advise on the annual training plan where required. Produce, analyse and communicate training data, management information and evaluation outcomes.
