A leading Northern Ireland law firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Property team in Belfast.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well‑established practice with a strong market reputation and an impressive portfolio of clients across a range of sectors including commercial development, investment, retail, hospitality and asset management.

The Role

You will advise a broad client base on a wide variety of commercial property matters across NI and E&W, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasing
• Property finance transactions
• Development projects
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Asset management work
• Due diligence and title investigations

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while taking ownership of matters and building strong client relationships.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from solicitors with:

• 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Experience managing transactions from inception to completion
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem‑solving
• The ambition to play an active role in the continued growth of the practice
