We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licenced Insolvency Practitioner to join our clients growing team at a well-established Accountancy Practice. With a strong reputation in the industry, they provide expert advice and solutions to individuals and businesses facing financial difficulties. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of cases, guiding clients through the insolvency process while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including personal bankruptcies and corporate liquidations. - Provide expert advice to clients on their financial situations and the implications of insolvency. - Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory bodies and creditors. - Conduct meetings with clients, creditors, and stakeholders to discuss case progress and strategies. - Ensure compliance with the Insolvency Act and other relevant legislation. - Liaise with legal professionals, accountants, and other advisors to facilitate effective case management. - Mentor and support junior staff in their professional development and case handling. Requirements: - Must hold a valid licence as an Insolvency Practitioner. - Proven experience in managing insolvency cases, with a strong understanding of the insolvency process. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
