Base pay range
* Age 21+ £12.41 per hour
* Under 21 £10.20 per hour
Responsibilities
* Work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, delivering a wide range of fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
* Help customers with a proactive approach to their needs, delivering market-leading standards of service.
* Develop practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
* Possibly have experience in retail and demonstrate a customer-focused sales approach.
Qualifications
* Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
* A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
* Ideally some knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair.
* Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

To be successful in this role you will need
* Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
* A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
* Problem solving skills
* Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
