The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join our vibrant team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching that inspires, motivates, and challenges pupils, ensuring excellent progress and outcomes. You will contribute to the development of our inclusive curriculum and support the wider life and ethos of the school.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils in your class.
2. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, using assessment to inform planning and support pupil development.
3. Create a safe and stimulating learning environment rooted in mutual respect and high expectations.
4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil achievement and well-being.
5. Uphold the school’s vision and values, promoting a culture of innovation, inclusion, and ambition.
6. Participate actively in professional development and appraisal processes.
What We’re Looking For
7. Qualified teacher status with a strong understanding of the Teachers’ Standards.
8. Excellent subject and curriculum knowledge, with the ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse pupil needs.
9. A commitment to fostering positive relationships and promoting emotional intelligence in pupils.
10. Enthusiasm for innovative teaching approaches and a willingness to embrace technology as a tool for personalised learning.
11. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
