Offer description

Permanent | London base with UK travel | £35,000

A major UK energy and infrastructure organisation is hiring graduates to join a two-year Nuclear Business Graduate Programme, supporting one of the country’s most important low-carbon energy projects.

This programme offers early-career professionals the chance to work on a nationally significant infrastructure programme that will provide clean, reliable electricity to millions of homes for decades to come.

The Opportunity

This is a structured two-year graduate programme designed to develop future business leaders within the UK energy and infrastructure sector. You will rotate through a range of high-impact placements across corporate strategy, finance, regulation, sustainability, energy policy and government-facing functions.

You will be based in London, with placements of up to six months and some travel to other project locations as required.

You’ll receive full support throughout the programme, including a career manager, placement manager, mentor and buddy, giving you exposure, guidance and long-term career development.

What You’ll Do

As a Nuclear Business Graduate, you will:

* Work on projects supporting the delivery of a large-scale national energy programme
* Gain exposure across areas such as finance, strategy, regulation, sustainability and government engagement
* Support decision-making that impacts energy security and climate goals
* Build commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills
* Contribute to the delivery of a multi-billion-pound infrastructure project

This is not a classroom scheme. You will be embedded in live teams, working on real business challenges from day one.

What’s On Offer

* Starting salary of £35,000
* Permanent contract from the start
* Mentoring, career management and rotation support
* Flexible benefits including EV leasing, gym discounts, tech vouchers and more
* Long-term career opportunities within energy, infrastructure and government-facing roles
