What will be your responsibilities?
* Full
360 degree executive recruitment
role working with clients and candidates owning end to end senior management recruitment processes
* Specialising in a niche industry sector
in one of our core markets globally
* Developing n
ew business with clients
and fostering key customer relationships
* Headhunting
top industry talent into high-level vacancies
* Consulting
with clients to make the decisions when it comes to hiring executive-level staff and recruitment programmes
* Technology-based
work with Telephone, Video, Email and Face-to-Face interaction with candidates and clients as you build your long-term relationships
* Working
autonomously
and
independently
as well as within a team and growing your industry as if it was its own business unit
What are the requirements?
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree is not necessary, but is preferred
