What you'll be doing
1. Monitoring and managing Infrastructure environments for optimal performance, security, and scalability.
2. Designing and delivering complex end-to-end Infrastructure solutions, collaboratively or independently.
3. Balancing responsibilities between BAU, improvement work, and projects.
4. Responding to and resolving urgent escalations.
5. Supporting the team with guidance and mentorship.
About You
What you'll bring to the team
1. Expertise in infrastructure management, including Windows and Linux servers, virtual hosts, hybrid cloud configurations, and backup solutions.
2. A proactive problem-solving mindset to address challenges in dynamic IT environments.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration at all levels, including liaising with senior management.
4. Leadership skills to guide and support team members.
5. A commitment to continuous learning and applying the latest infrastructure trends to improve systems.

37.5 hours Monday - Friday, with one day in the office per week.
