Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with a team, who brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. You’ll play a vital role in sourcing top talent, providing consultative advice, as well as building and managing relationships with key industry candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and our internal database to identify and attract high-quality candidates in the Real Estate sector.
2. Consultative Support: Provide guidance to candidates throughout their job search, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step.
