Job Overview
A professionally managed, full‑service law firm is looking to expand and is seeking a capable residential property lawyer to join an established firm in the North Wales area. The role will play a key part in developing conveyancing services and offers excellent career prospects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
* Handle typical instructions such as Sales and Purchase, Lettings and Leasehold matters, Transfers of Equity, Shared ownership, New Build and Mortgage and Re‑mortgage.
* Develop relationships with local agents, contacts and referrers, and collaborate with colleagues in commercial, agricultural, private client and matrimonial teams.
Qualifications
* Qualified lawyer (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILX) or someone approaching qualification with not less than two years’ relevant experience.
* Strong local reputation or relocating candidates with a desire to be client‑facing and develop a personal profile in the region.
