Job Description
Assist the General Manager in his role of leader, manager, administrator and salesman
• Participate in the hotel's organisation and manage the accommodation and Food and Beverage team.
• Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the General Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
• Focus on Quality and ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty thought handling complaints and coming up with solutions, analysing and replying to guest’s feedback, oversee hotel quality performance through GSS.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of new employees. Develop, coach and train the team, conduct annual performance reviews. Managerial responsibility over all of the team under your authority.
• Administration responsibility with invoicing, cash operations and activity reports. Carry out inventories in compliance with administrative and financial procedures.
• Overlook the group reservation sales and organisation
• Replace the General Manager when he is not on site
• Are results-driven and understand what needs to be done in order to achieve the hotel goals.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in any field or a Diploma in vocational hospitality (preferred)
2. Management experience
3. Customer service experience
4. Strong Conflict resolution skills
5. Development and training skills
6. Effective communication, relationship development skills, strong representation skills,
7. Creative, innovative, dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated,
8. High organizational planning, follow-up, presentation and reporting skills,
9. Able to use Fols / Opera Cloud at an advanced level
