We are looking for a responsible person to join our team as a Warehouse and logistics administrator. You will be in charge of receiving goods, preparing shipments, communicating with transport companies and tracking orders. What You\'ll Be Doing
* Receiving incoming goods and verifying their condition
* Preparing outgoing shipments
* Communicating with transport companies to arrange pickups and track deliveries
* Updating inventory records and preparing reports
* Other administrative tasks related to warehousing and shipping
What You\'ll Bring
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills both written and verbally
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Computer literacy (MS Office)
* Flexibility to work overtime when needed
* Knowledge of logistics software/systems would be an asset
* Ability to speak multiple languages would be an asset
Based in Wotton, Surrey. Due to site rural location own transport is required
Monday - Friday
8am - 4.30pm
