Job Summary

We’re looking for a compassionate and organised Supporter Experience Team Lead to oversee our supporter care and fundraising administration service across our three hospices — Chestnut Tree House, St Barnabas House and Martlets Hospice.


Key Requirements

* Experience in supporter care, customer service or fundraising operations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience supervising staff or volunteers
* Excellent attention to detail and database experience
* A compassionate, solutions-focused approach


Role Highlights

* Leading a friendly and supportive team to deliver exceptional supporter care across our hospices
* Ensuring every supporter interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism and care
* Delivering engaging supporter journeys, including thank you communications and stewardship activity
* Working collaboratively across fundraising teams to strengthen supporter relationships and improve processes

Martlets provides essential care to people affected by terminal illness in Brighton and Hove and surrounding areas. Our expert teams provide the very best care and support, helping patients and their loved ones to live life to the full during the precious time they have together.
