Job Title: Service Receptionist (Temp to Perm)
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £12.50 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a friendly, professional Service Receptionist to join a busy and customer-focused team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for a long term role within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Booking appointments and managing service schedules
Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
Liaising with service advisors and technicians
Handling payments, invoices, and general reception administration
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception areaThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous reception or customer service experience (service or automotive background desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using computers and booking systems
