Sales Support Administrator — Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm. 12 Month Maternity Cover with potential to go permanent. Crawley – Hybrid Working (4 days in the office, 1 day from home). Up to £28,000 + Fantastic Benefits.

We’re working with a market-leading business based in Crawley, seeking a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join their friendly team to cover a 12-month maternity leave, with potential to go permanent. What you'll be doing
* Support the sales team and ensure customers receive top-notch service
* Handle inbound customer calls and emails
* Process and manage customer orders on the internal system
* Take care of account administration, raise credits, arrange same-day deliveries, and manage courier information
* Investigate and resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently
* Coordinate freight and shipping arrangements with precision and care
What you'll bring

* A keen eye for detail
* Previous experience in sales order processing or similar would be beneficial
* Enjoy working in a team and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
