Cardiff Youth Service is seeking to recruit Youth Support Workers to develop and support inclusive provisions within the Locality Youth Work model.

We are establishing locality teams to support Youth Work and wider Youth Support Services through partnership and collaboration. This role involves working in a locality team, developing practice, and co-producing work with young people within inclusive provisions. The role requires working evenings and weekends as needed, supporting flexible Youth Work programs.
What We Are Looking For From You
Applicants must meet current qualification and registration requirements outlined by the Education Workforce Council.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent, sustainable services to young people, with strong communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and experience co-producing work with young people. A flexible approach to supporting young people's needs and an understanding of inclusive working methods are essential.

Grade: T00 15 (£31,528 per annum)
This post requires registration with the Education Workforce Council and is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service checks. It is part-time, working 3 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with salary pro-rata accordingly.
