What You'll Be Doing:
Helping prepare technical specifications for each event
Ensuring all kit is clean, complete, and packed to our high standards
Supporting both warehouse operations and the office team
Managing and maintaining equipment in top working order
Assisting with event planning and logistics
Performing regular stock checks, maintenance, and equipment testing
Driving company vans for deliveries and pickups (UK license required)
Supporting on-site event delivery - setting up, operating equipment, and shadowing project managers
Learning to operate sound, lighting, and video systems (full training provided)
✅ What We're Looking For:
A real interest in live event production - whether you're self-taught or just getting started
Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
A clean UK driving license (due to insurance, applicants must be 21+)
Willingness to work occasional weekends - we offer overtime or time in lieu
