Are you an experienced Senior Paraplanner with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality advice to high-net-worth clients?

We’re supporting a respected and expanding financial planning firm based in Crawley in their search for a Senior Paraplanner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a chartered (or chartered-track) professional to take on a leadership role, contribute to business innovation, and support the delivery of first-class client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with advisers to design and deliver bespoke financial planning strategies

* Conduct detailed analysis across pensions, investments, tax planning, cash flow modelling, and estate planning

* Lead and support the paraplanning team to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance

* Produce high-quality suitability reports and technical documentation

* Act as a technical resource across the business and support process improvement initiatives

* Engage directly with HNW clients and external professional partners where required

What We're Looking For:
