* A qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
* Qualification in Health and Safety (NEBOSH).
* Proven experience as a Facilities Manager.
* Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
