The Role
As a Trainee FX Broker, you'll join our dynamic and driven sales floor where you'll be trained from the ground up in the world of foreign exchange, sales strategy, and financial markets. Your mission is to identify and acquire new business, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our FX portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and cold call potential corporate clients across various sectors.
* Understand client FX needs and promote our services accordingly.
* Book meetings for senior sales consultants and relationship managers.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and outcomes in the CRM.
* Learn how to structure competitive FX solutions, including spot and forward contracts.
* Stay up to date on market trends, economic indicators, and currency movements.
* Attend training sessions and shadow senior team members to develop your product knowledge and sales technique.
