A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Telford is seeking a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding dispute resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious NQ Solicitor with experience in property disputes to build their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The Role
You will assist and manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including:
* Residential and commercial landlord & tenant disputes
* Possession proceedings and forfeiture
* Boundary and right of way disputes
* Dilapidations claims
* Lease renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
* Property contract disputes
You will work closely with experienced partners, gaining hands-on exposure to high-quality work while developing your own client relationships.
About You
* Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
* Completed a training seat in property litigation (or strong litigation experience with property exposure)
* Strong drafting and advocacy skills
* Commercial awareness and client-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
