Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the school’s financial strategy, including long-term budget planning
* Oversee the administrative faculty, premises, and health and safety teams
* Collaborate with the Headteacher and Governors to ensure high standards of compliance
* Implement creative and efficient systems to enhance the school’s productivity
* Act as a dedicated point of contact for external stakeholders and service providers
Qualifications and Experience
* DSBM/CSBM or a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
* Significant experience in school business management or senior operations
* Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of professional conduct
* Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
* Salary Range: £45,000 – £55,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
