The Role
The successful candidate will provide in‑house legal support across a diverse portfolio of commercial interests. The work is broad, fast‑paced, and intellectually stimulating, spanning:
* Corporate and commercial advisory Property matters, with a particular focus on residential and commercial leasehold issues Offshore structures, including BVI and other jurisdictions General litigation, dispute management, and oversight of external counsel
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, offering pragmatic, commercially attuned advice across multiple practice areas in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
Suitable candidates likely to be at senior associate level and have experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
